Pets may be brought for boarding or picked up
during the following hours:

Monday through Friday
8:00 - 10:00 am and 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Saturday                             Sunday
8:00 -10:00 am                    4:00 - 6:00 pm

Though the office may be closed, we are still caring for your pets throughout the day.


If you have an emergency and there is no answer at the Resort, please call my cell phone (317-642-7433).  Voice mail is checked regularly; please leave a message.


Please understand that we carefully control our guests' routine in order to minimize their stress level.  If our office hours are not convenient in your situation, please consider another facility so that our guests' routines can be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.  Thank you.

Charges are "by the day".  You are charged for the day you arrive and if you check out before 10:00 am on the pick-up day, you will not be charged for that day.

Two or three friendly dogs or cats from the same family may share a kennel run or  kitty condo, provided they do not argue over food.

 



 

Please note:     We require a $50 deposit for the Christmas/
New Years week and Spring Break week(s).  Refunds will be given for any cancellations received two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.  This will allow us to serve the guests on our waiting list.  The Resort is closed for pick-ups and deliveries on Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. 

A discount is available for clients boarding long term (more than 30 days).  Please contact the office for details.

Dogs:  $17 per day
Second dog, $14 per day
Additional dogs, $11 per day, each

Cats:  $11 per day
Additional cats, $9 per day, each
